Vikara Wellness is a Holistic Wellness Retreat Community that specializes in nervous system regulation (TRE® Somatic Shaking Medicine), ancient yoga philosophy & embodiment practices, and transformational group/private coaching. We specialize in teaching TRE® (Tension Release Exercises) & Shaking Medicine in private (online or in-person) and at our wellness retreats to activate therapeutic tremoring; a somatic based practice that focuses on regulating the nervous system by working to release deep layers of muscular tension due to tension, stress, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD, that everyday exercise isn’t able to release.
This long held tension could be effecting your mental, emotional, and physical state of being, not realizing that you are living each day in a state of chronic stress/hyper-arousal.
