These are challenging times when trust can feel elusive. Yet, working with ourselves through TRE® offers a powerful opportunity to face our deepest shadows and reconnect with our shared humanity. When we enter spaces of vulnerability with other people, we begin to break free from cycles of shame and move toward genuine connection. Though this path requires courage, and at times, it may feel uncomfortable, but as practitioners, we understand the profound value of doing our own inner work.

In this session, I invite men, woman, and non-binary to come together to explore how our personal practice supports radical truth-telling with ourselves and with one another.

Come and join Julia online in September during the new moon to experience a ritual into the breath, and somatic movements, leading into TRE® therapeutic tremoring for nervous system regulation, transforming emotions, and stuck or stagnant energy.
