Combining YIN yoga & TRE®. This online class is designed as a gentle, supportive space to unwind patterns of stress held in your fascia and joints, that could be keeping the body in subtle states of activation.
Yin Yoga is a slow, floor-based practice where postures are held for longer periods of time. This allows us to access the deeper layers of connective tissue, fascia, and joints. More importantly, it gives the nervous system time to settle. In stillness, we create space, space to feel, to soften, and to listen inwardly. (You will use simple household items, like blankets, pillows, and any bolsters & blocks (not required) you have at home to create support)
