We specialize in nervous system regulation

Therapeutic Tremoring (TRE® Somatic Shaking Medicine)

 

Calm your nervous system, and let go of sympathetic activation (fight/flight) due to heavy life experiences, that could also be classified as trauma, but doesn’t need to be.

We specialize in teaching TRE® (Tension Release Exercises) & Shaking Medicine in private (online or in-person) and at our wellness retreats to activate therapeutic tremoring; a somatic based practice that focuses on regulating the nervous system by working to release deep layers of muscular tension due to tension, stress, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD, that everyday exercise isn’t able to release.

This long held tension could be effecting your mental, emotional, and physical state of being, not realizing that you are living each day in a state of chronic stress/hyper-arousal. These embodiment practices are highly regarded through science to bring you into homeostasis (rest & digest) so you can face the stressors of life in a more healthy way.
